Leslie Hulser

Leslie Hulser is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy and program management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Director of Programs at Persistent Systems, LLC since April 2013, Leslie has a strong background in consulting and business development. Previously, Leslie held the position of Managing Member at Leslie Hulser LLC from April 2012 to March 2021 and was a Partner at Courtney Consulting Solutions, where assistance was provided to businesses entering the Federal Marketplace. Additional experience includes serving as Project Coordinator for International Programs at Florida International University and Projects Coordinator in Real Estate at Stanford Management Company. Leslie holds an MBA in International Business from Florida International University, a BS in Marketing from Florida State University, and a BS in Government from the US Coast Guard Academy.
