Meg Sylvester

Meg Sylvester is an experienced leader with a strong background in high-stakes operations and educational settings. They have successfully planned and executed complex, cross-functional operations while managing the transportation and security of over $1 billion in national critical resources. With a proven ability to navigate controversial issues and communicate effectively with diverse audiences, Meg holds a B.A. in sociology and an M.A. in criminal justice, both with high honors. Currently, Meg serves as the Director of Strategy and Change Management at Persistent Systems, LLC, and as an independent consultant at Sly Consulting LLC. They previously held various leadership roles in the United States Air Force and worked as a Park Ranger for the National Park Service.
