Abinash Das

Abinash Das is currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Talent Management at Persistent Systems since March 2024. Prior to this role, Abinash worked at Tata Consultancy Services from April 2017 to February 2024, where a promotion was received to the position of HR RMG Lead. Abinash's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Relationship Manager at ICICI Securities from May 2016 to April 2017. Abinash holds a Master's degree in Marketing from ASBM University (2014-2016) and has completed courses on corporate HR recruitment and employer branding in talent acquisition through Udemy in 2020.
