Alisha Solanki

Alisha Solanki is an experienced professional in talent management, currently serving as a Senior Executive in Talent Management at Persistent Systems since April 2025. With a strong background in coaching as a breakthrough Life Coach at the International Coaching Federation since May 2020, Alisha has also held the position of Senior Talent Management Executive at Xoriant from October 2018 to June 2025. Early career experience includes a summer internship at Greytip Software Pvt. Ltd. in 2018. Alisha holds an MBA and PGDM in Human Resource Management from MIT World Peace University (2017-2019), a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Commerce (2015-2017), and completed HSC in Commerce at the same institution in 2014.
