Arun VM is a Senior Architect at Persistent Systems since March 2023, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in software development and management. Previously, Arun held the position of Principal Software Development Engineer/Development Manager at FIS from July 2010 to December 2022, where responsibilities included driving agile ceremonies, managing diverse teams, and overseeing the development of banking products. Prior roles include Senior Technical Lead and Technical Lead at FIS, Senior Software Engineer at Target, and Software Consultant at Capgemini. Arun's education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and National College of Engineering, complemented by foundational studies at Sankar Higher Secondary School.
