Ashwini Wartikar

Ashwini Wartikar is an accomplished AVP of Engineering at Persistent, bringing over 12 years of experience in QA and project management, along with strong knowledge in the identity management domain. They began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Alfa Laval and gained experience at various companies, including Cognizant and Zensar Technologies, where they held roles such as Associate Analyst and Test Lead. Ashwini has excelled in leadership positions at Persistent Systems, progressing from Chief Engineering Manager to Senior Engineering Partner and now serving as AVP of Engineering. They hold a Master of Computer Management from Dr. Vikhe Patil Foundations Centre for Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Govindram Seksaria Science College.
