Dattaraj Rao

Dattaraj Rao is a seasoned Chief Data Scientist at Persistent Systems, where contributions include the delivery of the GenAI Hub accelerator for Generative AI experiences across multiple industries and the development of an Agentic workflow for Cyber Threat Intelligence. Prior to this role, Dattaraj served as Principal Architect at GE Transportation, where the LocoVision product was transformed from concept to an advanced Industrial Internet solution. Dattaraj's extensive experience at GE Power includes the development of a technology roadmap for a global Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics center and simplification of system architecture for data transfer and analytics. Earlier roles at GE Research involved the creation of a Knowledge-based Engineering solution for transportation CAD systems. Dattaraj holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Goa University.
