Debashis Singh (Deb) is Chief Information Officer responsible for the strategy and operations of Persistent’s enterprise information systems and technology infrastructure to enable the transformation and growth of Persistent.

An industry thought leader with over 29 years of IT experience, Deb specializes in driving digital transformation and cloud adoption for improved employee experience and operational efficiency across the enterprise. Deb has been recognized with multiple coveted awards and recognitions by different industry forums where he is a regular speaker sharing his knowledge and experience with peers. Deb has led many successful, high performing teams across geographies to drive complex and rapid growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Persistent, Deb served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Mphasis. Prior, he worked at Mahindra Satyam BPO as Head of Network and Systems, as well as at other leading organizations like CSS Corp, Microland, and Zenith Computers.

Deb holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Utkal University and Global CIO program from the Indian School of Business.
