Devika G. has extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies, beginning at Aon Hewitt as a team member from December 2006 to June 2008, where software such as Mainframe and Lotus Notes was utilized. Devika then advanced to ACS, a Xerox Company, serving as an analyst from December 2009 to December 2011, focusing on payroll reconciliation and employee transactions, followed by a position as a business analyst at Colt Technology Services from 2013 to 2014, managing project teams and customer requests. From May 2014 to August 2022, Devika worked at Tech Mahindra as a senior business associate, coordinating manpower and stakeholder requirements. Currently, Devika holds the position of assistant manager at Persistent Systems, overseeing salesforce resourcing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Allahabad and a Master’s degree in International Business/Human Resource from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
