Dripto Ganguly

Dripto Ganguly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and human resources, currently serving in multiple roles at Persistent Systems since July 2022, focusing on the Private Equity Channel (Europe) and New Logos within the Private Equity sector. Prior to Persistent Systems, Dripto held the position of Client Partner in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) at Virtusa, where responsibilities included both farming and hunting strategies, as well as serving as a Human Resources Specialist. Dripto began a career in human resources at Wipro Limited as a Human Resources Manager. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jaypee University of Information Technology, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and secondary education from notable institutions including Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar and Delhi Public School, Noida.
