Jason Perez is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and technical support. Currently serving as the Lead System Engineer at Persistent Systems since January 2015, Jason provides comprehensive IT support to executives and employees while managing interactions with three offshore teams focused on IT Security, Data Center, and Network operations. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Systems Engineer and IT Support Specialist, where Jason demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Prior to Persistent Systems, Jason was an Industrial Computer Tester at Actineon, where routine hardware testing and configuration were performed. Jason is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from AMA University, building on a solid educational foundation that includes studies at ACLC College and Ohlone College.
