Manish Joshi

Manish Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and engineering leadership across various technology companies. Currently serving as VP Engineering (Customer Success) at Persistent Systems since July 2025, Joshi focuses on business relationship management and customer success for key strategic accounts within the CMT business unit. Prior roles include Associate Vice President at GlobalLogic, Principal Customer Success Manager at Salesforce, and Senior Director of Customer Success at Icertis, where responsibilities ranged from client engagement to building and managing support teams. With a strong foundation in engineering and technical support, Joshi has held multiple positions with a focus on customer satisfaction and account management at companies such as Fiserv, Iron Mountain, and Verisign. Joshi holds a B.E. in Computer Science from Shivaji University.
