Manjunath SK is a skilled Senior Genesys Cloud CX Engineer and Cisco UC Specialist with a strong background in contact center transformation. Currently serving as a Project Lead at Persistent Systems since 2025, Manjunath focuses on enhancing system efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Previously, Manjunath held roles at Unisys, including Senior Network Engineer and Network Design Engineer, where they managed Cisco IPT and Cloud contact centers, developed standard operating procedures, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Prior to Unisys, Manjunath worked at Wipro as a Voice Network Engineer, further honing their expertise in voice engineering. Manjunath earned a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Veerappa Nisty Engineering College in 2015.
