Neha Hiremath

Neha Hiremath is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in employee engagement, onboarding, and volunteer management. Currently serving as the New Employee Experience Lead and Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Persistent Systems since July 2014, Neha has developed and implemented various employee engagement initiatives and led the establishment of the company's first HR shared service. Prior roles include Regional Volunteer Manager at the American Red Cross, where Neha designed volunteer recruitment processes, and experience in academia as a Teaching Assistant at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations. Neha holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
