Nilesh Datar

Nilesh Datar has over 17 years of experience in management and technical roles, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Persistent Systems since October 2006, overseeing HVAC and BMS systems across multiple facilities and involved in project work for new developments. Prior to this, Nilesh worked at Emerson Network Power from June 2004 to September 2006, focusing on project execution and vendor management for the Western region. Nilesh holds an SSC from Capt. R.M. Oak High School, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Pune, and a PGDBA in Operations Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, supplemented by training at Voltas Training Center.
