Nitinchandra Shende

Nitinchandra Shende is a Senior HR Executive and global leader with extensive experience in scaling business through HR strategy and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head of People Strategy & Talent Operations at Persistent Systems, they have driven significant organizational growth, increasing revenue from $100M to $1.5B and expanding the workforce from approximately 2,000 to over 25,000 employees. Prior to this role, Nitinchandra held multiple positions at Tata Consultancy Services, where they directed business development and managed global accounts, facilitating expansion in both North America and Europe. They are currently pursuing an education at Pune University.
