Nupur Biswas

Nupur Biswas, Ph.D., currently serves as Project Lead - Domain (Bioinformatics) at Persistent Systems since October 2024. Previously, Nupur was a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Rhenix Lifesciences, where responsibilities included leading multiple projects related to digital medicines and next-generation sequencing (NGS), specifically focusing on personalized neoantigen vaccines for cancer patients. Nupur's earlier experience includes roles as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, involving RNA-seq data analysis and NGS analysis of the coronavirus, and at various prestigious institutions such as the Raman Research Institute, Indian Institute of Science, and Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics. Nupur holds a Ph.D. in Studies on Confined Polymers from the Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics and has a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Calcutta.
