Paul Tasillo

Paul Tasillo is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as the ELM Chief Architect at Persistent Systems since April 2016, Paul leads technical guidance for development teams and collaborates on release plans with offering management and design teams. Prior to this role, Paul was a Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM, where responsibilities included providing technical direction for the Rational Quality Managers (RQM) worldwide development team, a component of IBM's Collaborative Lifecycle Management solution. Paul began career at IBM in 1999, eventually becoming a Senior Technical Staff Member and Rational Quality Manager Product Architect, after holding various roles in software development. Paul holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.
