Prem Raj

Prem Raj currently serves as a Senior Engineering Partner at Persistent Systems, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this, Prem held various leadership roles at Microland Limited from May 2007 to October 2023, including Director of Service Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed managing global IT infrastructure and overseeing a team engaged in 24/7 operations. Additional roles at Microland included Associate Director of Operations, Senior Service Delivery Manager, and Service Delivery Manager, focusing on productivity operations and team management. Prem also gained experience at Mphasis Bpo Services Limited and Client Logic, where team management and customer service excellence were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include completion of the Management Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2018 and a Bachelor of Commerce from Canara College in 2000.
