Pushpen Mohile

Pushpen Mohile is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in services delivery and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Persistent Systems since December 2021, Pushpen has previously held the position of Services Delivery Manager at Optymyze from June 2010 to November 2021, where responsibilities included leading the complete software development lifecycle and implementing solutions as Project Architect. Earlier roles include internships at Gemalto and Bausch + Lomb, focusing on industrial engineering projects that resulted in significant operational improvements. Pushpen's career began as a Graduate Trainee at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in 2006, contributing to process design and efficiency studies.
