Ritesh Shah

Ritesh Shah is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and program management. Currently serving as Principal Engineering Manager at Persistent Systems since October 2021, Ritesh has previously held prominent roles at Tech Mahindra, including Technical Program Manager and Delivery Manager, as well as Java Tech Lead and Project Manager. Additional experience includes a role as Beta Manager for IBM India Software Lab, Senior Consultant/Java Tech Lead at Satyam Computer Services Ltd, Java Technical Lead at HCL Technologies, Project Engineer Java at Wipro Technologies, and Software Developer LAMP at Modular Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Ritesh holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 2000 and 1997, respectively.
