Roxane Regnier

Roxane Regnier is a Human Resources Business Partner for the European Salesforce Practice at Persistent Systems, where they focus on implementing effective HR strategies in a multicultural environment. Previously, they served as an HR Manager at Diabeloop and held various roles in quality and continuous improvement, leveraging their engineering background to optimize HR practices. Roxane obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Grenoble IAE and a PhD in Knowledge Management from the Institut national polytechnique de Grenoble. Outside of work, they are passionate about swimming and mindfulness, which contribute to their balanced approach to life.
