Shantanu Chande

Shantanu Chande, CSM®, has extensive experience in the field of automation and development, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Lead at Persistent Systems since February 2020. In this role, Shantanu supervises and mentors a development team focused on UiPath and Automation Anywhere while facilitating communication between business stakeholders and team members. Previously, Shantanu worked as an RPA Consultant at InnoWise, where responsibilities included seeking automation opportunities and designing processes in the F&A domain. Experience also includes positions at WNS Global Services as a Deputy Manager, managing the F&A domain, at Capita India as a Consultant focused on various industries, at Capgemini as an Associate Consultant developing processes, and at Softpark as a Software Developer. Shantanu holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Shri H.V.P.M and a HSC in Computer Science from Jupiter High School, Nagpur.
