Shikhar Mathur

Shikhar Mathur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and customer success roles. Currently serving as a Customer Success Partner at Persistent Systems since April 2024, Shikhar previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at CitiusTech from April 2021 to April 2024. Prior to that, Shikhar worked at Tech Mahindra for over a decade, where responsibilities included leading the Reporting Framework Build and providing data quality management solutions. Shikhar's earlier positions include Deputy Manager-Operations at ICFAI, Technical Lead at Dell, and Technical Support Representative at Brigade Corporation, along with significant tenure as a Senior Technical Support Engineer in the Indian Air Force. Shikhar holds an MBA in IT and Systems from ICFAI University, an M.Sc in Maths from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a B.Sc in Computer Sciences from Allahabad University.
