Shivanand Parappa

Shivanand Parappa is an AI/ML practitioner and seasoned IT professional with a master’s degree in engineering, possessing around 20 years of experience in areas such as predictive/mathematical modeling, Six Sigma, and data science. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant – Quality at Persistent Systems, Shivanand leads the SEPG and metrics teams while guiding the SmartQMS platform. Shivanand has previously held managerial roles at notable companies like Cognizant and Tata Consultancy Services, delivering impactful Lean Six Sigma projects and IT process consultancy. Additionally, Shivanand has contributed as a technical interview panel member for data science and machine learning roles while being an active member of technical committees for international conferences.
