Snigdha Shubham

Snigdha Shubham is a proficient quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the software industry, currently serving as Project Lead Quality at Persistent Systems since September 2025. Prior to this role, Snigdha worked as a Principal Quality Analyst at EXFO from October 2018 to August 2025, demonstrating strong expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), alongside hands-on experience in designing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, status reports, and bug reporting, as well as three years of experience in both manual and automation testing with Selenium for web-based applications. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Zensar Technologies from September 2014 to October 2018.
