Subhankar Bagchi

Subhankar Bagchi is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and automation testing, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Lead - Quality at Persistent Systems since November 2021. In this role, Subhankar leads automation efforts for web and mobile application testing, creating and maintaining test automation frameworks and providing execution support to teams. Prior to this position, Subhankar worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions from December 2012 to October 2021 as a Senior QA Analyst, where responsibilities included leading testing efforts in an agile environment and managing test planning, estimation, design, execution, and closure activities. Subhankar holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, completed in 2012.
