Tshering Bhutia

Tshering Bhutia is the Senior Manager of People and Org Development at Persistent Systems, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, Tshering worked at Landmark Group as a Lead in Learning and Organizational Development from 2020 to 2022 and served as an Assessment Lead at Wheebox from 2013 to 2014. Prior to these positions, Tshering was a Consultant at Quadrangle Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. from 2009 to 2012, where they focused on client management and the design of HR and organizational development modules. Tshering holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Delhi, completed in 2009.
