Yamini Darsi is currently a Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Persistent Systems since 2025 and serves as a Placement Committee Coordinator for the One Year MBA program at IIM Lucknow. Previously, from 2022 to 2024, Yamini worked as a Chemical Engineer-III at Honeywell UOP and held the position of Chemical Engineer-II from 2019 to 2022.
