Persona Dynamics turns an organisation's own research, documents, and domain expertise into queryable AI personas. We build for knowledge-intensive services firms such as consultancies, research organisations, technical advisory, and standards bodies. Critical knowledge in these organisations lives in people rather than systems, and decisions depend on coordinating specialist judgement across teams.

Our Digital Thread provides traceability from every AI-generated output back to its source, so recommendations can be defended in front of clients, auditors, and procurement panels. Personas are grounded in real research and surface the evidence behind their answers, rather than performing authenticity.

Persona Dynamics is supported by Innovate UK BridgeAI, the Royal Academy of Engineering, and the Hartree Centre. We work with organisations across energy infrastructure, research, GLAM, and standards.
