Eric Johnston

Eric Johnston is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in driving revenue and building strategic partnerships across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Personal AI since May 2025, Johnston held the position of Head of Sales at Gradient from August 2024 to May 2025. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Google established Johnston as Head of Worldwide Strategic Sales for the Data Analytics Center of Excellence, and also Head of Sales for Latin America and Asia-Pacific at Looker, Google Cloud. From 2016 to 2019, Johnston served as Director of Strategic Alliances at Looker, where responsibilities included channel sales development with IBM and managing sales operations. Johnston began professional career at Trescal, leading special projects and strategic initiatives. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Santa Clara University.
