We are a German HR consultancy focusing on bi-cultural professionals and executives. We have been working with German medium-sized companies who do business with China as well as with Chinese companies with focus on Europe, especially Germany for 12 years. We use our expertise to help these companies find candidates who not only have intercultural competence and international experience but who are also able to build a bridge between China and Germany. These positions can either be located at the headquarter or at local subsidiaries. Our candidates are characterized by energy, drive and commitment. Our network is constantly growing in the process of getting to know these candidates proactively.
We work with passion for potential and our most important goal is that in the end both partners - company and candidate - see that their choice is value-adding and successful.

Our services include:
+ Filling management positions in international top management
+ Filling specialist and management positions in China
+ Filling of bridge positions to expand competence at the HQ
+ Executive consulting, personnel conception and personnel strategy in an international environment
+ Background check: Before hiring, a careful reference check is an absolute must. Even in employment relationships that have existed for years, a good reference report can provide valuable information and trigger a performance boost.
