Cesar Avalos

Cesar Avalos, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and internal audit roles, beginning as Office Manager and Accountant at Avalos Marble & Granite - Tile, Inc. from June 2007 to September 2012. Following this, Cesar worked at EY between October 2014 and August 2025, progressing through positions from Assurance Staff to Assurance Manager and then Assurance Senior Manager. Currently, Cesar serves as Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Personalis, Inc. since December 2025. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Milpitas High School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Accounting from San Jose State University.
