Weijia Su

Weijia Su is a motivated bioinformatics scientist with extensive experience in multi-omics data integration, biomarker discovery, and AI/Machine Learning applications in biomedical research. They have led analyses of spatial transcriptomics and single-cell data at Complete Genomics Inc., where they optimized bioinformatics pipelines and provided strategic support to pharmaceutical partners. Currently, Weijia serves as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Personalis, Inc. and previously completed a postdoctoral research position at Duke University, focusing on genomic dynamics and high-throughput sequencing data. Weijia holds a Ph.D. in genetics and bioinformatics from Iowa State University.
