Tom Casey has extensive work experience in the marketing field. Tom started their career as a National Management Trainee at Sears in 2011 and worked their way up to become a Home Improvement Assistant Store Manager. In 2013, they transitioned to a role as a Business Analyst in Sales Development, where they were responsible for analyzing sales data. Tom then became a Project Manager in Sales Development, leading various sales initiatives. Tom achieved significant success in this role, with record annual incremental net sales and gross margin lifts. In 2015, they were promoted to Manager of Personalized Marketing, where they continued to contribute to the improvement of the customer shopping experience. In 2016, Tom became the Director of Marketing & CRM at Sears, where they developed and executed highly targeted marketing campaigns and programs. Tom also played a key role in expanding the company's digital channel capabilities. In 2018, Tom joined PersonalizationMall.com as a Director of Retention Marketing, before being promoted to the position of Senior Director in 2020.
Tom Casey completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Capella University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Marketing from Purdue University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Tom participated in a program in Paderno del Grappa, Italy called CIMBA in 2010, where they focused on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
