Doris Saavedra

Doris Saavedra currently serves as a Senior Data Scientist at PersonalSoft since November 2022. Previously, from January 2020 to May 2022, Doris was a Research Staff Member at Universidad Interamericana de Panamá, overseeing project timelines and outcomes while gaining experience in theory testing and summarization. Additionally, Doris held the roles of Electrical Laboratory Lead Assistant at the High-Voltage Testing Laboratory, managing lab operations and training assistants, and Operations Manager at Sitel from January 2013 to April 2019, where responsibilities included supervising a large team, achieving performance targets, and enhancing customer service training. Doris also contributed to quality assurance as a Quality Leader, managing a team of analysts. Educationally, Doris holds a Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis on quality management from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá, earned between 2016 and 2021.
