Alon Scharf

Alon Scharf is an experienced Chief of Staff currently at Personetics, where they support the CEO in strategic initiatives. Previously, Alon held various roles including Product Management Lead at Finaloop, Strategy Manager at AppsFlyer, and Consultant at Shaldor, demonstrating a strong background in product and strategy development across multiple industries. Alon began their career in the Israeli Air Force, where they led the development of critical operational intelligence software. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Economics, graduating first in their class from Tel Aviv University as part of “The Adi Lautman Program for Outstanding Students.”
