Aviad Preger

Aviad Preger has a strong background in global talent acquisition and recruitment. Aviad is currently the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Personetics, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Talent Acquisition Director at ClickSoftware from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they were the Global Recruitment Director at Frutarom from 2017 to 2018. Aviad has also held various positions at Check Point Software Technologies, Cellcom, Amdocs, and Next Ventures, showcasing their expertise in talent sourcing and recruitment across different industries and regions.

Aviad Preger pursued their undergraduate studies from 1998 to 2001 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations & History. Following a break in their formal education, they returned to academic studies in 2009. Aviad enrolled at The Open University for a year, from 2009 to 2010, focusing on MBA Studies with a specialization in Marketing & Advertising.
