Annabel Kutter

Annabel Kutter currently serves as the Lead HR Business Partner at Personio, where responsibilities include leading the HR Business Partner team for the Customer Experience Organisation. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Business Partner for both the Customer Experience and newly formed Data Organisation at Personio and as a Senior People Operations Manager and HR Business Partner at NavVis. Previously, Annabel worked at SIXT as an HR Projects & Processes Manager, where project management and internal HR tool development were key focuses. Experience also includes HR management and recruiting at Stylight, an internship in Human Resources at RTL Group, and an internship in the Protocol Department at the Embassy of Germany in Washington D.C. Annabel holds a Master of Science in Management from Lund University School of Economics and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Universität Passau.
