Federico Lameri

Federico Lameri is an experienced design professional with a robust background in interaction and product design. Currently serving as Design Lead at Personio since March 2020, Federico has also held the roles of Design Manager and Senior Product Designer within the same company. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Interaction Designer at MING Labs and NIO, as well as various roles at frog spanning from Interaction Design Intern to Interaction Designer II. Earlier in the career, Federico worked as a User Experience Designer at Digital Communication srl, ensuring high-quality UX design for notable clients, and founded STUDIO WOK, offering freelance design services. Federico holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Studies in Interaction Design from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland and a degree in Art Direction from Istituto Europeo di Design.
