Judith Elsen currently serves as Lead Customer Success at Personio, leading initiatives to enhance program adoption within the DACH region's Mid Market segment since April 2024. Judith's earlier experience includes a senior role at FOURSOURCE, where Judith oversaw the buyers' business unit and led various international customer success teams, implementing structures to ensure sustainable growth and high customer engagement. Judith began the career in retail and marketing positions at Kauf Dich Glücklich, Weekday, and Pro-Idee GmbH & Co. KG. Judith holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Textile and Clothing Management from Hochschule Niederrhein, completed in 2017.
