Julia Leick

Julia Leick has over a decade of experience in content management and educational development, currently serving as Teamlead for Educational Content at Personio since November 2016, following roles as Content Coordinator and Implementation Manager. Prior experience includes assisting management at LAPLACE GmbH from January 2013 to March 2014, where responsibilities involved operational support, data management, and presentation preparation. Earlier, Julia worked as a student and intern in personnel development at iwis from October 2011 to November 2012, managing seminar logistics and engaging in various HR projects. Julia holds a Diplom-Soziologin degree in Sociology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, completed between 2007 and 2014.
