Julia Seitz

Julia Seitz is a Professional Customer Success Manager at Personio since August 2022, previously holding the position of Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Value Management Intern at Celonis and as a Risk Consulting Intern at PwC. Julia began her career as a Research Assistant at ZEW - Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research, and also completed an internship in Financial Services Consulting at KPMG. Julia holds a Master of Science in Psychology, focusing on Economic, Organizational, and Social Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mannheim. Additional educational experience includes a semester abroad at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a year abroad during high school at Saint Peter Senior High School in Minnesota, alongside completing the Abitur at Karl-Theodor-von-Dalberg-Gymnasium in Aschaffenburg.
