Marcus Wigand

Marcus Wigand has a comprehensive work experience in accounting, tax, and treasury. Marcus is currently serving as the Director Accounting, Tax & Treasury at Personio since October 2022. Previously, they held the position of Head of Accounting, Tax & Treasury at the same company from October 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Personio, Marcus worked at KPMG Deutschland, where they held various roles over the years. Marcus'smost recent position at KPMG was Senior Manager Audit I Audit Quality Unit I Prokurist I Wirtschaftsprüfer from October 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, they occupied the role of Manager Audit Corporate I Prokurist I Wirtschaftsprüfer from April 2017 to September 2019. Marcus also worked as an Assistant Manager / Prüfungsleiter Audit Corporate from October 2013 to March 2017, as well as a Senior Associate Audit Corporate from October 2012 to September 2013, and as an Associate Audit Corporate from July 2011 to September 2012. Marcus Wigand completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim from 2008 to 2011. Marcus then pursued a Semester Abroad in Finance & Accounting at Singapore Management University in 2010. From 2013 to 2016, Marcus attended Mannheim Business School and obtained their Master of Science in Accounting & Taxation.
