Nino Ormotsadze

Nino Ormotsadze is a seasoned professional in product management and human resources, currently serving at Personio since March 2020 in various roles, including Product Manager and Talent Enablement. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at LTD Dani, where Nino contributed to talent acquisition and developed training and evaluation systems, as well as a Project Manager coordinating stakeholder analyses and client proposals. Early career experience includes an internship in human resources at United Airports of Georgia LLC, focusing on employee data management and candidate experience. Nino holds a Master’s degree in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology from the University of Valencia, a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
