Rob M. is currently a Product Design Manager at Personio, bringing over 15 years of experience in UX/UI design. They have held key roles at several prestigious companies, including Google, where they served as a UX Lead and Design Manager for various projects, and Uber, as a Design Manager and Staff Product Designer. Rob began their career as a designer at modesi, gaining foundational experience in web design and communication materials, and further honed their skills through roles at Ford Motor Company and BMW. They hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Design, earned cum laude from Delft University of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree from Eindhoven University of Technology.
