Sandra Pfender

Sandra Pfender has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sandra most recently worked at Personio, starting in 2023, where they held the position of Team Lead, People Operations. Prior to that, they were a Senior People Operations Partner at the same company.

Before joining Personio, Sandra worked at Lilium from 2020 to 2023 as a Senior People Business Partner. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Flamigas UG from 2017 to 2020.

Sandra also gained experience at GoPro, where they held multiple roles starting in 2015. Sandra worked as a Senior People Generalist, a Senior People Operations Coordinator, and a HR Operations Coordinator during their tenure.

Prior to GoPro, Sandra worked at Südwestdeutsche Medienholding GmbH as a Junior Personalreferentin and a Trainee Personalmanagement from 2013 to 2015. Sandra also worked as a German Teacher at Casa Cultural Colombo Alemana (Goethe Institut) from 2012 to 2013 and as a Sozialpädagogin at CJD Christliches Jugenddorfwerk from 2010 to 2011.

Sandra Pfender completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work in Education and Profession from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2007 to 2010. Sandra then pursued a Master's degree in Cultural Economics focusing on North and Latin America at Universität Passau from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they also studied Literature and Linguistics at Universidad de Cartagena - Colombia from 2012 to 2013.
