Tolulope Awoderu

Tolulope Awoderu is a Learning Experience Designer specializing in customer training at Personio since November 2022, focusing on curriculum and content development for product training and HR thought leadership. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Customer Education Program Manager at Culture Amp, where responsibilities encompassed developing education strategies, managing the LMS, and leading multi-product courses. Tolulope also has a background as a Customer Success Manager, managing high-value accounts and implementing HR strategies. Previous roles at Culture Amp involved establishing the customer education platform and creating training for various user personas. Earlier career experiences include positions at Uber, Alpha Training Institute, Centro Lekki Shopping Centre, and the American University of Nigeria.
