Fredericks John

Fredericks John is the EVP & Site Head- Coimbatore, India at Personiv. Fredericks has over 20 years of experience in the field of operations and management.

Fredericks started their career as a Front Office Supervisor at Fortune Jenney's Residency in 1996. Fredericks then moved to Eli Lilly and Company in 1999 as a Territory Manager. In 2002, they joined Wipro BPO as a Group Leader - Operations. Fredericks was with the company for 4 years and was responsible for heading the Training Design team for one of the customers. Fredericks also trained and designated as a Functional Black Belt for a program. Risk Management Spoc and COPC team member.

In 2006, they joined Seyyone Software Solutions as a Manager - Operations. Fredericks turned around the bottomline in one year and took the company to satellite locations to build employee engagement and retention.

Fredericks is currently working as the EVP & Site Head- Coimbatore, India at Personiv.
