Melissa Mclaughlin

Melissa Mclaughlin is currently an advisor at Perspective Group. Melissa has also worked as the chief people officer, senior vice president of human resources, and vice president of human resources at Agios Pharmaceuticals from February 2018 to January 2022, July 2016 to February 2018, and January 2015 to July 2016 respectively. Additionally, they have also worked as the vice president of human resources at Expedia from October 2013 to January 2015 and as the worldwide director of HR at Johnson & Johnson from December 2010 to July 2011.

Melissa Mclaughlin has a Master's degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD, a B Sc. in Business from Boston College, and a High School diploma from Sacred Heart School of Halifax.
